I own the Digital Collectors, The Dark Below and House Of Wolves.

You can upgrade to TKK $40 and upgrade to CE +$20 ($60 total).

Its the Digital Guardian Editon I purchased that gave me the Destiny Expansion Pass with The Dark Below and House Of Wolves. So if I just want TKK how much would it cost me?

Dear Bungie, drop the fucking price of The Taken King DLC to 20 make the emotes and shit free and stop trying to rip off your consumers.

Regards- Bungie fan before the Activision deal.

40 bucks, aka a big slap to the face to the millions of people who already bought expansion 1 and 2 and now have to pay 40 for this next one.

So, their apology is to give us the chance to buy their products?

Hell, being a PR is easy, i can do this s*** too.

No. Their apology is to give us a way to _not_ have to shell out $60 just to play TTK, now we can pay just $40. This $40 version also gives us some swag.  Before if we wanted the digital collectors edition swag we had to shell out $80, now we can pay just $60 and get all the things.

$40 is the cheapest way to get into TTK and arguably a fairly _normal_ price for what is indeed probably worth two expansions  It's what im going for.  I honestly don't care about extra fluff stuff in a failrly non-social game. There will be plenty of cool looking guns and items to strive for the regular way.

Yea, the other expansions are being sold for $19.99 each and now they up this one to $40.

What in the actual fuck? Am I reading this right?

So if you already laid down $60 for their game (which, arguably, was extremely light on content), and $40 for their two "expansions" (which, factually, were extremely light on content), if you buy the $40 TTK expansion, you don't get the digital extras people get if they buy the $80 edition (half the cost you've paid).

So their "apology" is to sell you some shaders and a few items for $20? God damn. I am beginning to think Destiny is some sort of social experiment from game publishers just to see how much shit they can get away with.

this. this sounds so expansive for so little content

Being pissed about Destiny and it's overpriced, shallow content is so 2014.

Bungie has officially wipe their ass clean with their good reputation that they've built over the years with Halo. Such a shame.

This.

I bought ghost edition thus had all the dlc, its highly unlikely that I will buy taken king.
