I spoiled the ending for me on a sad Video game ending Video. Did not matter at all, I still cried in the ending after actually playing it.

 

EDIT: It's actually not the best. It is a solid game tho. I preffer Mass Effect 2

LMAO! Skyrim is one of the worst rpg's I've ever played. Terrible combat, bland environments, boring quests. The only great western rpg is Mass Effect 1. 2 and 3 are not rpgs, they're shooters.


I disagree with both of you. KOTOR, jade empire, Deus Ex, diablo and witcher were better.  Mass effect 1-3 are RPGs.

I only managed to play about 10 hours of that game and never went back (and I can count all the games I never finish on one hand!).

From what I played it was very meh.
Linear, Mediocre graphics, summons were annoying, characters were lame, pacing issues, and story was leading nowhere.

Just for the record I have finished FF13 and while it was a bad game I enjoyed it more than FF10.

I feel "the best" is very subjective. Personally, FFX is one of my favorite RPG's , but there are some RPG's that I like more than it like Xenoblade Chronicles, Dragon Quest VIII, Kingdom Hearts 1/2/Birth by Sleep, it REALLY comes down to personal preference.

It's not even the best final fantasy to come out on the ps2, nor in the ps2's top ten jrpgs to me, maybe not even top twenty.

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.
