It did according to me. The physics are leagues behind other sims like Assetto Corsa, GT and Forza.

Never played Assetto Corsa but neither Forza (both the main game and Horizon) or any Gran Turismo game (even though the first print of GT2 had some issues) had as many problems as Project CARS did at launch. The X1 version was nearly unplayable and the PS4 and PC version also had numerous problems and as far as I know not all of them have been fixed.
