Forums - Nintendo - Worst-Case (Realistic) Scenario For Zelda U

It would be cool just to loot at the world though. See hordes of moblins, and wild horses running across the terrain. Maybe it could only be unlocked in new game + or master quest mode. It would also be interesting to see the speed runs.

Well now it sounds like it could break the game in an entirely different way. I doubt the draw distance is built to keep up with something like that.

All I can think of is having a overly high price with locked content accessed through amiibo or paid DLC

[3DS] Winter Playtimes [Wii U]

The opposite of your worst case scenario is my worse case scenario. I want it pretty much exactly like Zelda 1 with elements that make the series popular. Which is likely what we're getting.

At least we're getting one Nintendo game on Wii U that's exactly what I want it to be.

Maybe, but I'd like to see them try.

I want it like that too (The wost-case scenario for me is still pretty darn good), just with the NPC's and sidequests and stories that the modern Zelda games have as well. And, the lack of completely random hidden places that are pretty much impossible to find without a guide would be cool imo.

Can't wait for The Zelder Scrolls 3: Breath of The Wild Hunt!

Never understood that. I never used a guide to beat Zelda 1. I didn't even know guides existed when I beat Zelda 1. That's not even me bragging. People are being babies about how cryptic that game is. It's really not.

Zelda has never had a great story, so I'd rather they stay away from that, since they clearly aren't good story tellers and since they clearly don't have the good sence to simply hire good story tellers. Wind Waker had the best written Zelda story. That's an incredebly low bar set.

Amiibo

All dungeons are more difficult than Ocarina of Times Water Temple, Majora's Mask Stone Temple, and Twilight Princess' Sky Temple put together with the addition of Ghosts and Goblins difficulty.

Realistic: Sorry to the OP, but I am unsure.

I guess it is preferences, I like the Zelda stories. Not super serious like lots of games nowadays but not practically non-existent like many old games.

Worst case scenario is it ends up being an average game.  Being a great must play game is far more important then the when and the where.
