Forums - Nintendo - I'm jumping ship. @Edit: Sony it is!

I guess PS4 would be your best bet, as they are also very japanese. I can't see many Nintendo fans going from Wii U to X1, the PS4 sounds like a "happy" medium.

I left Nintendo a while ago and never looked back. There are still things Nintendo does better than any other company but it's games no longer interest me (most of them). If you're a Nintendo fan and are looking to change to another console I'd suggest PS4 because Sony has Japanese interests similar to Nintendo.

If you can afford to, you. don't have to necessarily jump ship but instead add another ship to your current one. That's what I did in the 5th generation when I realized the N64, unlike the SNES, wasn't gonna cut it as my main gaming platform, ever since I've always owned a Playstation and a Nintendo system, and it's a great duo imo.

So, I'm looking for a new base. What do you guys recommend? Sony or Microsoft?

Now, seriously. Words cannot express how disappointed I am. I am literally depressed. I don't know how Nintendo thought this could have been a good Direct, their decisions are beyond my ken.

Somebody pinch me, I must be having a nightmare.

PS4, for the gamers.

Keep your WiiU. If you have it all, you'll be a glorious god gamer owning all the consoles.

I think At this specific point MS has games coming this year. Halo 5, Gears remake, Forza, Tomb Raider, Fable legends, World of tanks will be coming sometime in the fall. Rare Games. Back catalog like Deadrising 3, Halo MCC, Forza 5, Ryse, Project Spark, Sunset overdrive, Titanfall, Just added backwards compatibility. Upcoming Phantom dust, Quantum break, Gears 4, Recore, Sea of Thieves, Scalebound, Crackdown And I'm sure a lot more.

At this present moment Xbox has the AAA games.

I wouldn't be all that sure about this game if I were you...

OP: I would keep your Wii U just so you still have it as an option and if you really feel like you need a new main console I'd go PS4. The Xbox is fine, just very America centric. The variety on the PS4 will be a lot greater.

I mentioned many games, not just one. So you comment makes no sense.

Don't forget the "Nintendo 4 Life" tatoo.

Sony, most definitely.

So in other words, you're a drone that can't think for yourself and you're going to let fanboys tell you how to think? Sounds like you're not a very smart person.
