PS4 first and not console exclusive. The wording right now is in favor of Timed Exclusivity.

Sony would have said console exclusive already if it was, like they did with SFV.

An exclusivity scheduled to come on PC is a timed exclusivity.

They said that for SF V only because the 2 versions were releasing at the same time

We all know that announcing something for PC and Nintendo is pretty much secondary. Saying its not coming to Xbox after that is pretty much grasping at straws. You know full well that the XBox has been getting Final Fantasy games since 13. Square isnt about the screw the moneyhatting gravy train with either Microsoft nor Sony.

Dude, don't force it. Look at the context. The phrasing makes it pretty much clear that it will come to X1. If not, they would be dancing up and down the stage touting it as console exclusive.

"The Final Fantasy you always wanted can only be experienced on our console" is the equivalent of pure uncut marketing cocain. But they didn't say that, so they're either very very modest and regard PC as an actual gaming platform, or they live in reality.

Since 13 yes, but this is Final Fantasy VII

Microsoft never got a Final Fantasy before that, they didnt get Final Fantasy X remaster for example whereas it would have been easy money

Exclusive is not necessary about moneyhatting here , it's about , like SF V, the need for help to fund a game because they already have too many games in work and they are not the most healthy financially , so it could be, and would follow everything we heard before the announcement
