If this is true then how is he at fault?

Americans are sometimes known for being a little overzealous with their suing or their entitlement with everything. I eventually want to travel the world and experience everything. It's more difficult to do that when everyone thinks you're gonna sue 'em.

Well you can always visit brazil, if you aren't scared of the violence we won't sue any person just for being american.

Mr Puggsly: "Hehe, I said good profit. You said big profit. Frankly, not losing money is what I meant by good. Don't get hung up on semantics"

a company should be able to hire and fire who they want- if they don t treat people well then their base of employees will be smaller and talent pool will be smaller so a company that is more opne should be able to hire more talent- however f they can run their company best w only Japanese then so be it- I would much rather know how I am thought of by a company than being treated well to my face to then think feel and act the opposite when not in my presence

“In 2013, Bandai’s former CEO, Matsuo Masayaka, told Le, “All you Americans are so stupid and don’t know how to run a business”; “If I could I would fire all the Americans”; and “Japan should have bombed Pearl Harbor again,” the suit alleges.

Other supervisors told Le he was a “stupid American” for enrolling in USC’s MBA program, according to his lawsuit.”

LMAO. This guy is ace.

Yep I kind agree... the problem is some cases there are a lot of abuse and the employee need the job and won't just leave, so they will suffer some or a lot even.

Which can be a serious issue depending on where the company is.  I know in a place like Vermont, this place is tiny (and also has a ton of wooded/mountainous terrain), so just because an employer is shitty, is no gauruntee that the people can afford NOT to work there.  As alternative forms of employment may not be easily reachable.

I believe companies should be "as free as people"... and actually there isn't a biased company, there are biased employees in a lot of levels.

Wow. I hope this isn't true. They are one of my favorite companies.

God, I hate the US of A.
