Which can be a serious issue depending on where the company is.  I know in a place like Vermont, this place is tiny (and also has a ton of wooded/mountainous terrain), so just because an employer is shitty, is no gauruntee that the people can afford NOT to work there.  As alternative forms of employment may not be easily reachable.


I believe companies should be "as free as people"... and actually there isn't a biased company, there are biased employees in a lot of levels.
