It's going to be quite a while before PSNow starts streaming PS4 games so it makes sense to offer a PS3 version that can be streamed to millions and millions of people through phones, pads, laptops, Blu-ray players, TVs, handhelds and consoles.

The PS5 Exists.

What do you mean?

That for obvious reasons (where the $$$ is at), they only bring Tales games to Sony platforms and mobile.
