I'm not sure who to contact or if this is the right thread.

Starcraft recently locked it. My problem is that Starcraft as made it clear that he didn't like the thread from the start, he even encouraged flaming himself. Anyway one guy in the thread has been flaiming like hell and instaed of this 1 guy being moderated, starcraft used is as an excuse to lock the thread and I believe misuse of power. Can somebody please look into this.

He locked it as it was an awful thread, full of terrible discussion.

Right, time for this thread to die. Mods have posted requests for it to get back on topic and no one has listened.

Short bans have been given to people who flamed, as I recognize it was a heated thread.

"Given just about everyone that posted in the last 10 hours was off topic, I am inclined to give everyone a pass - because if I start handing out bans they'd have to go to all of you!

Reason right there and no reason for this thread to exist either. Mod thread exists fir you to complain there, not like this.

I couldn't see mod thread. And no point in contacting starcraft. I know he was intent on bringing thread down.

Look at the one guy that was causing it. Most of the replies to him were people trying to reason with him. The thing is that this one guy posted that many untrue facts and twisted information that people felt like they need to put him right. That one guy should of been moderated and it would of solved the problem.

Looks like it was locked for people going off topic though, can kinda understand that. The thread was a good idea and it started off well, then it went downhill a bit. If you want to keep it going it might be best to wait a couple weeks so you can update the lists with all the new games announced at E3 and then create a new thread for it. At least that way you would get a fresh start with out all the needless flaming/trolling comments.

Ok thank you for the link. My problem is that if starcraft was concerned about it going off topic the moderate the one guy causing the problem. The fact that he left him to continue his flaming makes me wonder if he wanted it to happen. Why should the thread be locked because of one guy?
