Yup. Multiplayer was a deal breaker for me. Compared to Uncharted 3 in which I invested 400+ hours.

Ok I was just being curious. I agree that an 8 is a great score, but believe me, Tropical Freeze doesn´t deserve a 6... at all.

Gamespot is neutral (even after firing gerstmann) what I have seen. As for donkey kong tropical freeze I can give any verdict because I havent played it. But like them or not they are trustworthy for the most part. And if you really want to spot any nintendo hater gaming site then it polygon. Not gamespot.

In fairness you'd have to have a heart of stone to dislike Splatoon. The score is a little out of character but not massively, perhaps that speaks volumes for the universal appeal of the game rather than anything else.

Its a shocking score. In the System Wars forum I ended up arguing with people constantly about the voice chat and how they were going to score it lower. I predicted a 8 so I won. I also predicted it will sell a million in under a month and I am sure I'll win that one too.
