How is this even a contest? Nathan Drake.

Of course because the reboot was copied from Uncharted,which is the only reason most people enjoyed it including myself.Game had horrible characters and a weak plot though so I never finished it.

I say that Tomb Raider has instead everything to demonstrate, and it is leagues behind Uncharted. Firstly, story, characters, pacing, animations, graphics and gunplay are much more better, Naughty Dogs are great when it comes to these things. With the last gameplay demo you can already tell how much Uncharted 4 will be fun and engaging to play. And don't forget multiplayer too. While Uncharted (and The Last of Us) have a great multiplayer, nobody played the one in Tomb Raider. For me there's really no competition, especially now that Uncharted 4 will contain vast areas and an improved AI.

I really enjoyed the Uncharted Trilogy, but I have to go with Tomb Raider.

The last game was just so fun and I much prefer the controls and world layout. But of course, neither UC4 or ROTR have released, so it could end up being the opposite when everything's said and done.

Both look good and although I'm a big Tomb Raider fan, Uncharted looks better to me, but that's mainly because we've actually seen some gameplay for it.

Uncharted is the orginal, the new TR are just trying to imitate what made Uncharted popular.
TR used to be about the exploration and puzzles, its a very differnt game now than it used to be.

Uncharted has better characters and story lines. Both are looking to be really good games though.

ROTR, since I'm an xbox fanboy . But we haven't even seen gameplay for ROTR, so lets wait till E3.

Will play both, and am about equally excited for them. But I do find them different enough to enjoy them equally, and to avoid comparing them.
UC is more humorous, TR lends a more serious tone.
UC is more cinematic, and has more combat, TR is more for exploration (if only they decide to add more puzzles)

Also, TR is a franchise I've gotten to love over the past decade, playing Anniversary, Legend and Underworld with my wife and both of us enjoying all games on multiple playthroughs.
I've only played UC last year, all 3 in a row, liked them a lot, but I simply have more emotional connection with Lara than with Nathan.

Tomb Raider wins for me...

Tomb Raider will be good, but Naughty Dog have been hitting home runs consistently... After the Uncharted trilogy and TLOU I think Uncharted 4 will blow minds.
