Well I just did waves 1-50 on Insane on Gears 4 :) ...on my level 1 heavy with just 60% launcher damage, Had an amazing group and never failed a wave they must of been friends all had at least 2 re-up done.

My heavy went to level 5 in that session so now sitting with 80% launcher damage, +8 launcher capacity and 40% heavy weapon damage so should be a lot stronger now. I was only going on Insane for 1-10 bounty but just had to stay to complete it all :D

Turrets do provide good cover. Enemies do sick damage onwards from wave 31. I have lvl9 scout with 100% health boost etc and after playing Gears multiplayer I'm decent at avoiding damage and moving around but they still crush me in a heartbeat. I do like the idea of salvos, especially if the engineer would build a chunk of decoys to gather enemies in a good spot 😁

If anyone here wants to do those horde cheevos I'm ready to help.

I've been using the dropshot with the boomshot on my lvl 8 heavy as I find it much more accurate and headshots are so satisfying. Hardcore has been a breeze lately - still give insane a real try but randoms are so hit n miss I haven't been pass wave 10 yet due to so many quitters.

For me the best weapons for each class I find are; Scout/overkill, heavy/dropshot, soldier/hammer burst and sniper/embar - engineer I don't get much kills as I just run support in this class.

What annoys me other than randoms picking up power meant for scout is when the scout won't pick up during wave to get their double bonus and not leaving one alive so the scout can go around to get all the power before wave ends.

I really hate quitters and I wish that there was some sort of matchmaking for people to join mid way through as all the time you put in getting to waves 30+ can just be destroyed by 1-2 people leaving, Best you can do is hope someone on your friendlist is online and wants to join as you can invite friends.

Dropshot is excellent. Its perfect for getting those pesky guys behind cover and its great for getting them when they are on the other side of a wall. With my heavy Dropshot is a devastating weapon. Salvo can get guys hiding in cover too, but dropshot is mobile so you can still move while shooting from cover.

Also you shouldn't discount the Retro Lancer for Soldier. It takes quite a bit (4 slots) But with Magazine Capacity, Ammo, Reload Bonus, and Assault Rifle Damage, you can turn it into a very powerful weapon. Plus its the only assault rifle that you can headshot with. Get active Reload and you will be surprised how easily it pops heads and you will have 40 shots to pull it off too.

Yes! Finally got the Festive Kait skin. The only skin I'm missing from the gearsmas packs is the Festive Tree Gnasher but I can live without that. Now its time to save up for the UIR packs.

Oh god, game survey... You might be a second opinion... Or a wrong opinion, if it's different from mine...

To have an idea of sorts, so yes... Among the things we did want were...

  • Open world slightly larger than Skyrim
  • Health and AP bars resembling the Halo rank bars, with emblems instead of avatars and each character having a distinct color
  • Combat taking place in a large arena like location rather than the open world, but with a seemless transition
  • Character creation
  • Combat resembling hunting games rather than FF or Skyrim, but with more moves and on the fly class and character switching...
  • Around thirteen different characters and creating your own followers...

Done that poll.

Put Tales over FF because the only Tales games I've played is Vesperia and it was fucking great, the only FF game I've played is XIII and it was fucking trash

Never skip a chance to dig on XIII....

Then ES, Compass, Fast, Forgot, 20 Hours, Character Creation.

Stfu FF 13 was good. You just too used to pew pew pew. And you didn't even beat Tales probably. xbot trash.

Xbox Scorpio NEWS: Microsoft drops MASSIVE price hint for high spec console

Xbox Scorpio may have a 2017 release date, but that hasn't stopped fans speculating about the Project Scorpio specs and price.

Fortunately, Microsoft has dropped a big hint about the price, and it's good news for fans.

Microsoft previously said that Scorpio was like a high-end PC worth thousands of dollars, leading some fans to speculate that it would cost more than your average console.

But in an interview with AusGamers, Microsoft's Phil Spencer said that the company wants to compete with consoles, and not PCs.

"I want Scorpio to be at a console price-point," he said. "I’m not trying to go and compete with a high-end rig.

"And because we’re building one spec, we’re able to look at the balance between all the components and make sure that it’s something we really hit that matters to consumers and gamers."

Additional Xbox One Scorpio price details were revealed earlier this year.

Microsoft said it will definitely cost more than the Xbox One S, which is currently priced at £250.

Spencer said that it would be a premium console: "It will cost more than S, obviously, that's how we are building it.

"We have not announced the pricing yet, but I want to make sure that the investment we are putting into the product of Scorpio meets the demands of the higher-end consumer and that will be a higher price."

It's now likely the Xbox One Scorpio will be priced similarly to the PS4 Pro, which retails for £349. It's unlikely to cost more than £400, although Microsoft is yet to confirm anything.

The Xbox One Scorpio is being touted as the most powerful console ever created. It boasts 6 teraflops of GPU, which will deliver 4K gaming and support virtual reality.

It's so powerful that Microsoft recently had a dig at Sony's PS4 Pro console, telling one site the device won't be able to handle true 4K and that the Xbox One Scorpio is aiming higher.

"I think there are a lot of caveats they're giving customers right now around 4K. They're talking about checkerboard rendering and up-scaling and things like that.

"They're going to be able to decide to take that six teraflops of power and do what they think is best for their game. But I know that 4.2 teraflops is not enough to do true 4K."

Yeah, he stole my avy. He a little wannabe. And yeah I played more tales than him. He a fake JRPG gamer.
