MGS V arrived today. Played about 3 hours so far and for now I'm not that impressed.
The graphics looked much better in the gameplay demos. Maybe it's due to the X1's lower power, but I feel like they could be better. Hair, especially facial hair isn't looking good. Texture resolution could be higher and for example in the prologue mission, there were quite a few objects that should be round, but aren't like railings or pipes.
Overall I would say they are a bit inconsistent. Some parts look fantastic, others look "only" good.

What really pisses me off is how much of an attention whore Kojima is. Can't play 30 minutes without the game having show his name.

Story-wise I'm like wtf is going on, but that happens all the time when I play MGS.

Gameplay-wise it's exactly like Ground Zeroes. duh. I'm not the biggest fan of MGS's stealth gameplay, but it's alright.

Now why can't I just skip the story to the part where I unlock Quiet as a buddy?

Ninja Gaiden on original Xbox is my favorite game of all time. Really legendary game. We miss games like this these days. Would love if Microsoft add its developer to the team.

Suddenly the GwG month has become awesome.

April was such a slow month for me gaming-wise, too much work and other things to do. I still have Witcher 2, Alan Wake, Arkham Knight and 2nd play through of QB to play. What's everyone else playing?

Edit: actually, idk. hard to tell if there is boost jumping in this game or not. Guess I'll have to wait for E3 to see proper gameplay.
