You can be logged into your account on multiple different devices at the same time and play games.
360, X1, Win10 and Windows Phone.

Can't answer the other question but I guess not. You can set your X1 as your home console so other people could play with your GamePass games. Don't think this is possible on PC. However I don't think you need to be logged into your PC account in order to use GamePass for PC, but you certainly need to be logged into your Xbox account when using GamePass for PC on the Xbox Console Companion app.

Personally liked Nintendo better, they had a great showing and the announced exclusives are almost all to my tastes. BOTW2, NMH 3, Bayo 3, Prime 4 and Astral Chain, it’s a good time to own a switch right now.

I played it yesterday and found it pretty cool. The map is smaller than expected and sometimes there's noticeable framedrops even on X1X but the rest was good. Plenty of stuff to do.

Yeah I don't know how it would be possible to release a bad Forza Horizon DLC. Even with minimum efforts the gameplay is so strong that anything under 6/10 seems impossible.

Did not read the reviews but I own the lego expansion and I enjoyed it so far, but it has some performance issues.  My game litterally freezed a couple of time to continue a few seconds later.  Happened atleast twice in a time challenge (hype tour) so annoying.

Prey is a strange one. I've played it for around 12 hours but I still don't know if I enjoy it or not.

Story is good, exploring is fun, map design is superb and you can choose the way you play. Different abilities are cool.

But at the same time the combat is not very good and you pretty much use quick save/load after encounters if you lose too much resources. Enemies that were pretty much mini-bosses early in game are now roaming all around the areas I already explored. It's starting to feel like a chore to fight or avoid them.

And too many achievements require multiple playthroughs. Ugh.
