well I think it looks professional enough to be real but are they really going to simply call it Gears 5? That bit makes it seem fake.
Also I think the cover looks more appropriate for a TV series.

It was even revealed at E3 2018 that's it called Gears 5 because their are so many Gears games now...Gears of war pop doesn't sound good. And technically the war is over...

I have no problems with the cover but then again, I barely pay much attention to any game cover to be honest. If I do look at the cover, I am looking at content it contains to get an ideal of the game. In this cover we actually see a lot. We see some main enemy, the character lead and the supporting cast. The part in red gives us some sort of connection to the plot.

I could be wrong, but I think he's saying that the taglines will be the same for Anaconda and Lockhart, not necessarily the price. So, Anaconda will be announced as "The World's Most Powerful Console" while Lockhart will be announced as "The Best Value in Games and Entertainment". Though I suspect the pricing will be very similar to $500/300 based on earlier leaks. 

The image was photoshopped so I dont see why he would include the price if he were not alluding to the prices being similar.

Might be from an internal Microsoft document, he laughed at someone who suggested it was photo-shopped and then said the image wasn't made by him.

Oh then he was probably only focusing on the wording. But still 499/299 would be a perfect price.

Gears 5 is the official title, was announced as such last E3.
