Well, there's speculation of a Banjo remake for it's 20th anniversary to be announced at E3

Gregg denied that.

But he would so....Idk Might be more likely to do with something in Sea of Thieves.

Damn MS dropped the ball if they don't do a remake this year

Well they already dropped the ball with Halo 3 Anniversary....

It sucks because Microsoft tends to do great remasters, now they don't tend to do any even though they're quick money and pad the lineup

H5 throwback playlist though! They did H3 justice, its something lol

Sea of Thieves was made by average 110 employees and so far costs about $46,000,000 to make.

Rare today has listed 218 employees, meaning Microsoft is doubling down on Rare as its size doubled in less than a year

That is MUCH less than I would have imagined it costing, I also thought they were at 200 employees for a while now....That kinda explains the content, sounds like they could break even/profit pretty easily at that cost.

I wish Microsoft would expand Rare physically, since it's their only UK studio they might as well make it a powerhouse there, when I look at the behind the scenes the studio just looks really cramped and it looks like there's plenty of size for expansion outside xD.

46 million!!! Is that including marketing costs? Or just developmental costs?

As far as I can tell that 46 million includes everyone at rare. Including the incubation team as far as I can tell. So costs could be under 40 million.

edit.

There was also rare replay in 2015. So costs on SOT could be even lower.

Halo MCC will sell 5+ million copies(including digital)

halo 5 will sell 10 million copies(including digital)

x1 will pass ps4 in USA, and UK.

Gamerscore League is updated, apologies for the delay.

How is everyone liking Sea of Thieves? I see a lot of people playing it on my friends list.

The thing is I don't understand why some reviews of Sea of Thieves have come out so early when they haven't even reached the end game? Apparently, you become a pirate legend when you are level 50 across all factions but that's impossible in 3 days. So they haven't judged the game in its entirety.

I played the beta and I'll probably buy the game when summer vacation starts but I want to see a review that sees the game in its totality.

I had it pre-ordered but I've been on a work trip so haven't been able to play at all..

I've got to say, without playing the final product, that this "shitstorm" around the game and its shortcomings feels forced. I mean shit like comparing it to NMS, like wtf? And yet forums are full of people who have a great time playing SoT. I hope they add more content soon to keep people interested because so far it's looking like this game can be a big success.

Black Desert Online targeting a summer release

> Korea

Preorder cancelled...

Nice review by Ryuu96. I'll finally be sailing the seas tonight. If the servers work that is. They should definitely add the stuff you listed. How about a chance to build your own hideout or something? It would be fun to get drunk and kick ass of every trespasser :P

Most reviewers don't complete games that's pretty normal or they have to be short like under 20 hours.

My biggest complaint is that Rare doesn't have a roadmap.  Fortnite/PUBG have roadmaps and it's fun to log in and see the new stuff even when you did not play it for a week their is something new.
