Tingle Racing. 

Kinda like Mario Kart, but with balloons instead of karts. So it'd be kinda slow, you'd have lots of time to look at Tingle. It could be a Wii game and use the Balance Board, and the Remote and Nunchuk to flap your arms and gain height. Also, it would include all of Tingles coolest and best-known friends, such as Pinkle and Barkle!

The worst abomination ever in the history of game design.In seriousness, he was an annoying mapmaker from Majora's Mask; apparently he's a middleaged guy who thinks he is a fairy, and so relates to Link.  Just to be oboxius, Nintendo has brought him back in most Zeldas since, and recently even gave him his own Game, with some nonsense title like 'Tingle's Freshly Picked Rosy Rupee Land' or somethign like that.
