E3 would probably be the best time to announce it.

If it's not at E3, then I have no idea if it'll ever be a thing, tbh.

Eeeh you know that Vita is a portable system and I want to play ever games everywhere? This doesn't work with Wii U...

They are still very downgraded ports of games that were intended to be played on a big screen, they are not real handheld games.

And a lot of people doesn´t have another console or simply, they like to play on WiiU. I have a powerfull PC but I would play Project Cars on WiiU if I can (not anymore) because I like to play there better, is my ecosystem of gaming and I have friends on WiiU so we can play together to some games. And I personally love the Gamepad when is properly used, it makes the experience more interesting and the Off-Tv is pretty confortable.

The Vita sounds awesome. Somebody should tell Sony about it.

I'm really hoping for the former, since I've never played a KH game and would love to be disappointed by them from the years of ridiculous overhype.

If it happens I'd be delighted. Actually I'd be happy if its either one. Deus Ex has been the surprise of the generation for me. I never would have discovered my fondness for the game if it wasn't for Wii U.

I'm not excited about anything turd party. Besides it's a port of an old game that will for sure go for full price and probably have less features

I'm more curious to hear which Wii U game is being ported to other platforms. Remember, that was also a part of this. Tantalus ports a AAA game to Wii U, and some Wii U game gets ported to other systems.
