Sony owns all of them.

I would not say second party is non existent. There is definately a difference between second and thrid party. For example, The Order 1886 is PS4 exclusive, created by independant team Ready at Dawn, IP is owned by Sony. While Metal Gear Solid 4 is PS3 exclusive, devoloped by Kojima Productions and IP is owned by Konami. You see?

In thise case, Ratchet & Clank is 100% 2nd party too. IP was owned by Sony ever since. Allthough the PS4 debut was delayed to April 2016.

Come on let's not get silly. Anybody can pick games from either list and downplay it. PS4 has bad games but so does the X1. Take them out and both lists will be smaller, not just the PS4's.

Wattam is being made by the guy who did Katamari Damacy, an awesome and very unique game of the PS2... its not a AAA shooter but i have complete faith that the game will be both great and unique due to the developers legacy.

im sorry but if any of you guys dont know what Katamari is you need to broaden your gaming knowledge.

I am pretty sure this sarcasm, which is very puzzling in my opinion.  Katamari Damacy game creater Keita Takahashi and video game designer Robin Hunicke are the ones developing Wattam.

You forgot No Man's Sky. It's a timed exclusive for the PS4 and will eventually be released on pc. It's set to release this year but it could change. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/No_Man%27s_Sky

My point still stands regardless. The complaints aren't justified by the only notion that the holiday period is important for sales. Games should release when they're ready, and spread out throughout the year as much as possible so people can have great new content at a regular pace.

Sony and especially Nintendo do that, and most fans are content with the release pace (moreso the Nintendo fans, and that's despite the lack of third party content O_o).
