I dont know, if it was about faith in their series then why are they releasing their recent FF mobile games o.O
a tomagotchi type of FF would prob sell better than both of them. think of all the money they'd make off microtransactions if you didnt want to wait 20hrs for your greens to come back, you could buy extra greens for 99 cents xD

Honestly I don't read much about Square's mobile games, I see a thread title or news about something mobile and I almost never click on it. I recall FF content being released for mobile but don't remember if it was after they said that about not making a FFVII remake until they would make a FF people would regard equal or better to it, or something in those lines.
You know, I almost don't blame Konami for going mobile because business speaking making these cheap games that can yearn profits with low risks can make sense. I just would like us to have a clearer idea in how this new approach will affect their full-fledged console games (if we will keep having any of those from them).
I wouldn't be surprise if you end up seeing your Tamagocchi game sometime down the line, it makes sense and Square is clearly on that mobile venture.
