I actually think it's possible. Titan fall released when xbox had like 4 million sales, splatoon is releasing when wii u has 9 million.you could argue xbox has higher sales now but that doesn't make a huge difference because the most essential time is the release. Splatoon actually looks like it can live up to the hype too.



Ltd predictions by the time 9th Gen comes out

Ps4:110million

Xbox one :75 million( was 65) 

Wii u: 20 milliion

I'm not so sure. There are some reviews out there that are saying it joins MK. I don't see why it wouldn't do for shooters what MK did for racing games.

Nintendo will give official numbers if Splatoon is a hit ;) I imagine Mario Party 10 must be around 600k worldwide so far if I was to have a guess.

US is over 360k and Japan is around 100k Sold, Shipments might be close to 800k WW, maybe more.

Sweet, I imagine the MP Amiibo range will have done ok too, seeing as they are the popular figurines and will be less shortages.

It REALLY depends on Nintendo's support of the game. The online could easily die by Holiday because of poor design choices they made months ago. Hopefully it's a surprise to everybody, because if a new IP can sell that well for Nintendo we'll probably get more soon.

splatoon is bundeld. 

Splatton won't be nowhere near as bundle as nintendo land.  Nintendo land was and still is heavily bundle so it's not comparable at all.

It would have to sell to a new audience to get that, not just the core Nintendo fans, it would have to break out as a hit with general kids and sell a few Wii Us to do that kind of business I think.
