If you enter a plane you are prone to it, I face all my travels with that in mind...

Now if I go to fishing by foot is unreasonable to expect a plane crash...

So if I'm not doing sex, or am doing oral/anal and a pregnancy happened I'm 100% sure I have nothing to do with it... but If I opened myself willingly to risk then I can't really complain... besides that the risk of a plane crash is infinitely smaller than pregnancy while doing sex, but it's your choice to do any of both.

But.. they don't? No one says "I want to become reliant on heroin" I'm not diminishing any burden? Anyone who becomes addicted is their fault? I never said it wasnt. 

If I drive drunk, I'm not saying "I want to crash my car and kill someone" I'm being a irresponsible idiot that's thinking "of course I can drive" it doesn't mean it wouldn't be my fault if I did infact crash and kill someone.

You fail to understand, I said it's around 24 weeks, biology isn't set in stone. If I say, girls reach puberty at around the age 11 and a girl reaches it at 5 doesn't mean that I should say girls reach puberty at around the age of 5.

Fetus' develop at different rates , 24 weeks isn't said because it HAS to be 24 weeks it just means it's reached its independant state of development. Which USUALLY takes 24 weeks. If it reaches it at 22 weeks it is LIFE.

If you say the body reaches puberty when it have determined body chemistry and hormones, the age wouldn't mater and you would be probably right. Althought emotionaly and psicologically you would be probably wrong.

Because you said science have proven it's around 24. And I said science is often changing... and defining life at that pointing a age or situation isn't proving, is defining. You can't prove 1+1=2, you define it... so no I won't accept science proved life is only when it reaches independent state, if that was the case you would only  be able to say that it's after it's born...

But anyway I said my point, for me it's murder on any situation, but it's the parents choice to do so.

Thats not how things work. If 1billion cases recorded show a pattern, then a single case show up that defies it, then thas just an eception to the rule. its still 99.99%  acurate and should still be taken as correct. a hypothessis or a theory wont change because a freak variable chances once and never changes again. That just is not valid.

Neither. I find abortions to be undesirable and think we should focus on other options culturally, but I don't think the state will do anything positive by getting involved.

Law is pretty clear on a person assuming the risk... you drink and drive you assume it, if you use drugs you assume it. So saying "they didn't want" is kinda silly.

In science a law must apply to 100% of the cases... there is no situation were 1+1 is different than 2 in the cartesianian math. Newton laws apply in all normal physics, thermodinamic laws apply to all cases... all others are no more than theories with high percentage of valid cases... but what does that have to do with the point?

I'm pro choice. While it does take two to tango and even if the father wishes to have the baby, the mother carries the burden of the child for 9 months so she has the final say.
