Yep, pick up the gameplay from PC... it's the same core experience... since graphics doesn't matter so it's the same game.

Sucks but whatever: this increases urgency for Nintendo to produce software for the U. More unique titles is better than multiplats. A unique library increases likelihood people buy the console.

Not now, VGC has more than a milion sold, and that without counting digital and PC. |
I call bullshit on Shift 2 selling multiple millions in the first weeks compared to the 180k VGC had it when he checked the numbers (if he understood what VGC is tracking). NPD didn't even have the game in the top 10 in March and April (it released end of March) so that it sold already pretty bad in America and Chart-Track had it on 4 in the first week (with no other big release) and in the fourth week it was already only on 19th so that it was for the full first four weeks probably also not in the top 8 or something.
So, where in the world did multiple millions in sales come from in the first weeks which VGC didn't track because of "they have no idea" if the game never reached top 10 in USA and was lucky to be in the top 5 in the first week in UK but died there pretty fast as well?
I mean, we talk about end of March and April sales here, if a game can't even reach top 10 spots in a for gaming slow month I have no idea what he is talking about.
I would guess mobile but I believe the mobile version released much later and these numbers are obviously not on VGC...
One more evidence that it sold bad is that EA didn't even really mention it in the quarterly report even if they normally do mention newly released games if they performed at least decent. EA had to be very disappointed with the sales.
As much as I understand the feeling, I guess this isn't something new with third parties regarding to Wii U. There are 3 other platforms that you can get the game on if you are really interested in racing sim. I know it's not what you want to read/heard but this is how things are since Wii U released.
The funny thing is why there are a lot of people who support and back them up with funding on Wii U project even without they showing some earlier stage of development on Wii U.

What's the problem? He's probably right.
Also, why not paste the post he was replying to so people could have context? At least insert the source. He's replying to someone insulting him and threatening to take to youtube in order to bring about some kind of boycott, not to mention they're using the ignorant and insipid "lazy dev" argument.
Sure, he could say it in a more PR-friendly way, but it wasn't so long ago that people were applauding the guy from Platinum for being much more rude, so I guess this is tame in comparison.

Certainly not the first, as I care nothing about Bayonetta, but I did not think it was smart. I don't think this is smart, either, though it's nowhere near the same level. This probably won't hurt them much at all, to be honest. Sure, this guy was saying he won't but it on his PS4 because of the Wii U situation, but--even assuming he's not lying about having a PS4--I can't see many others doing the same thing.
