Nah. Everything I've said about this game has come into fruition. It actually has less content than I thought, as I would have never thought the game would launch with only 5 maps.

I guess I'll eat crow for overestimating Splatoon. How ironic.

I'd echo blob though, I'm holding my applause until we have the numbers.

It's easy to get carried away by the hype train, but this being a new IP on a console with a userbase of less than 10m, and having the stigma of no voice chat and one online mode at launch, I remain skeptical.

That being said, the predictions of it being a Wonderful 101 style bomba are almost guaranteed to be shattered.

Well, technically an asteroid could wipe out Japan the day before the game comes out, it's not impossible. ;)

That captain falcon gif made my day. I will admit that Splatoon was fun during the test fire. Ill have to break down and get it. Originally I didn't look twice at it, the test fire changed everything. Kudos to Splatoon, I hope it sells tons.
