I know, that's why I didn't want to sound biased. But to have different point of views on a sexist conflict the mod team would need a female, which is why said it should be considered.
It's perfectly fine if there's no woman there, and I didn't mean to say it as "Mod team needs a girl".

Yeah... But I picked up a temp job grading ap tests for two weeks (the week before and during e3). Have two out of town weddings and two family reunions to go to... Plus I am going to be working at a new school next year and have to start building a new curriculum... So my summer filled up

Hhmm... I don't know. Racism is kinda easier to tell apart, but insulting a girl for her girly parts wouldn't seem as much flaming to me as to a girl.
If I were to call another guy a "bitch", it mostly comes off as a joke. If I called a girl the same, I would offend her and/or get banned (unless she's fine with it). On the other hand, racism can be determined easier, as everyone takes part of a race and knows when or how it is being offended.
This are just my thoughts, of course. And not even I take them for granted
