Well, if true that would nearly beat my FW prediction in the other thread a while ago already. I was a bit pessimistic there, but if WiiU hardware/software sales are concerned, I'd love to be wrong .

Well I've said ages ago this game would sell like hotcakes. I hate to be the "I told you so" guy, but I'll have to do it in 2 weeks time. :D

At least as of now people seem to be giving Splatoon a lot more credit than a few months ago.

This game will certainly sell much more than most people have expected, that's for sure.

Anyway this sounds about right, aside from X arriving during Golden week with its own bundle, Splatoon seems to be the game Nintendo bet their Q2 success on.

100k sold out of 118k (9 days) seems to be good, might need 1 more shipment for some stores in the future so it wasnt overshipped imo.

That said splatoon will have wayyyy better legs and will sell through a 120k shipment with ease :0
