No, but I do expect them to have exclusives at E3 and it wont be 'because of Phil Spencer'.  My main point is that I am sick of hearing about Phil... as though there isn't an army of folks, a metric shit ton of cash and and consumers making things happen.

Well the tweet said "I'm trying to make this E3 more about 1st party games than past E3s" as if he's the one in charge of that.

Being the head of Xbox, he makes decisions on what games are made right? So why get pissed when people acknowledge that?

I hope that's the case for xbox fans. It really needs some new IP's to make it's library more diverse in my opinion.

Easy..... It's library is actually not that diverse. Simply at the competition. Especially with the libraries of previous gens. JRPG's? RPG's? New IP's? Did I call it a shooterbox? No but I'll let you pretend it's a "shooterbox".
