Forums - Gaming - The Witcher 3 only reviewed for PS4

Maybe the XBone version has graphics and performance issues, and compare bad VS PS4 version. So reviews for XOne are in holding ?

It has probably something to do with late optimisation of the game on those Xb1 and PC but not being able to find reviews are not good for people who want to get the game on those platforms.

Curious to see how the PC versions and XBO versions will compare (especially XBO).

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

Seems like an odd choice, but I guess it doesn't matter. It's not like the two versions are different in any way.

It actually is not normal for publishers to send reviewers copies of the game on every platform. The normally only send out one version...

its a bit wierd. I mean one thing is having less reviews than other platforms, another thing is not having any reviews whatsoever.

piss poor judgement from the studio, another reason for me not supporting a studio who plays a bs game.

What is strange is that every article(not just reviews) mentions the PS4 in it. Just look at The Witcher III articles on N4G, all PS4. This in effect gives off the impression that it is a game exclusive(or at least strongly tied to) the PS4 which it is neither. Could it be the publisher trying to find a loophole out of the Microsoft marketing exclusivity deal and trying to get the most of both markets?

It's not strange that they (the media) mainly or only mention the PS4 when that's the only version thay've tried.
