Of course, it also looks like Nintendo started getting their duckies in a row with regards to having enough supply to meet demand. Q4 just looks unusally low when viewed in context, and January '07 was down big-time from '06, but February '07 was up YoY. I know I wasn't able to find a Wii for the longest time around here. All the GameStops and Walmarts around here, as well as the lone Best Buy, sold out as soon as they got shipments in.

Best not holidays period ever is DS that have sold more than 1 million in April 2009 in the US.

Just reading the first comment I responded to was a perfect example of downplay. It's the same reason why I as a Sony fan tend not to associate myself with other Sony fans this generation, because I do not like the way some of them are acting, but I do understand that it's like that on all sides anyway. 

I can only call bias if you think one side does it worse than another.  And you a Sony fan?  I'll have to take your word on that...

Mortal Kombat did better than I expected for the XB1. Also only 42k hardware sales for the wii U? That's got to hurt.

By only 20k. With a much better deal; at a much better price. The Xbox One has to outsell the PS4 by at least 25% to have a shot at winning America. That's just the Gravity of reality.

That bundle is going to sell a shit ton of systems, just like the inevitable Star Wars PS4 is going to do later in the year (btw. short prediction, there's not going to be a bigger system seller than that Star Wars PS4 this year), but god do I hope that Sony in its effort to profitability doesn't ignore the potential of its first party and actually tries to grow said first party because it sees the potential and extreme importance of own studios that are actually recognized in the gaming community (cause lets be honest, a lot of Sonys studios are completely irrelevant in the big gaming discussion), right now it looks like they're way too careful and reliant on big third party multiplats these past couple years (and I know that I've been bitching these past couple days, but this just frustrates me).

Nah. At this point I have a major excuse to simply drop the Wii U option and simply do XB1 and PS4. And I sware if any mods go on my @ss over that, I'll send them to the April NPD thread to shut their mouths.
