Well, if valhalla is anything like the old team ninja, its another great potencial aquisition for Nintendo. Itagaki is really good at what he does and nothing pleases me more than the discarded talent by terrible execs in the japanese industry to be put somewhere where they can continue to be brilliant and not harassed.

Still alot of talent wasted out there like Yuji Naka, sakagushi and Kojima soon aswell.

i feel i can safely guarantee you that devil's third will release in 2015, no later than the end of october. quite a few signs i don't feel obligated to point out seem to say so.  you'll find out at e3
