Yeah, that was a pretty good direct. Nothing mind blowing, but mostly good. Pokken and TPHD got appropriate plugs, Star Fox, SMTxFE (which they finally called a new IP), and several other games got release dates or windows. One thing I am mixed on is Kirby. On the one hand it looks like an exceptional Kirby adventure and I'm stoked to have another one. But I REALLY wish it was on Wii U. Seriously, the Triple Deluxe style would look FANTASTIC in HD. But I will say that Nintendo has a lot coming in the near future. TPHD, Pokken, Star Fox, Mario and Sonic, Tokyo Mirrage Sessions #FE, and some other bits for Wii U plus Dragon Quest VII, Bravely Second, Monster Hunter Generations, Hyrule Warriors Legends, Kirby, Rhythm Heaven, and some other bits are all coming in the next four to five months. But so far Wii U has exactly 2 games coming later than that. And on that note, I hope Paper Mario is good despite its obvious inspiration from the lukewarm-recieved Sticker Star. Partly to make fans happy, partly so I don't have to listen to them complain for a year or so :P.
Overall, pretty good. I just hope they don't do what they did last year and have another direct and then a micro direct and waste all their amo before E3. Shouldn't be a problem since E3 is the place they already said they plan to show NX.
