And Splatoon's servers are undergoing maintenance! Woulda been nice if they let all currently going games finish first since it cost me and probably everyone else points in Ranked.

Yeap that's why they're down. An update was to come out on July 1st, no time specified. I didn't think it'd be now since it's not July 1st here yet, but I forgot that it is for the rest of the world.
