Don't listen to this. Twilight Princess sucks on the Wii, the GameCube version is miles better and it's the one that actually stays true to the game's original design intentions. Assault isn't an on rail shooter for the most part, it's a TPS with clunky controls and bad level design for the most part. And Star Fox Adventures isn't very good to be honest.

Well I only played the Wii version of TP and I had a fun time with both Star Fox games, the only one I did not like was Command on DS.

I can attest to this. It was truly awful.

It looks super cute but I still hate Poochy, a shame that I have to wait until October.

Hey guys, long time no chat. How we all doing round here??
I recently built a gaming PC, how is this relevant to Nintendo you ask?? Well its main purpose so far has been Dolphin Emulator Never owned a GCN so I have a lot of catching up to do. Any recommendations??

You probably have a Wii U, so you have access to the Metroid Prime Trilogy and Wind Waker. So I suggest Twilight Princess (though I'm sure that game will be remade eventually, so you might want to be patient).

Double Dash is only fun with others, so I don't suggest that either. SSX3 was one of my favorite games on the GC, so if you haven't played that one be sure to check it out! The Lord of the Rings: Return of the King was also quite fun. Super Mario Sunshine is definitely something you should try. I wouldn't go for 100% if I were you though.

Just played Yoshi's Woolly World for the first time. It's even more gorgeous in person. I wonder why the reviews were so "low" for it. Seems like a 85%+ game so far.

Okay, can you explain to me why is the Wii version so awful and please don't just say because motion controls, I would like an actual explanation, just for curiosity sake.

Cause Link is right handed in the Wii version.

I want to play as the superior left handed race. And every right handed Zelda game sucked, well known fact.

It's not necessarily the fact that there were motion controls, because I enjoyed Skyward Sword just fine, but it was more so that the game wasn't built around motion controls and they weren't really refined at that point. I felt that they really just handicapped the entire experience for me, and they felt tedious.

To be fair though, I'm not a huge fan of TP as a game anyways, so I'm not exactly the most objective person when it comes to that.
