Legendary Pokemon & PvP Are Coming To Pokemon GO This Summer

Some of those innovations, Fayet says, are being worked on and are “due to hit this summer (in the northern hemisphere)”. Among the planned additions are “giving more value to the choice of the teams, releasing Legendary Pokémon and introducing PvP”. Fayet also confirmed that the other major thing that Niantic is working on is to have the game sustain itself by “creating social interactions amongst players”, something that Fayet says the team “learned with Ingress”.
