Good New?! Splatoon Demo seems to be a Huge Success going by Amazon "Everywhere"

Currently in Japan for example...

Splatoon has 3 sku's in the top 20 and WiiU HW is at #6, something we havent seen since holidays if even that! (1st/2nd/17th)

  

 

US Amazon has it in the top 15, other countries pulling up top 20, some cases top 5!

 

Thoughts???

It had a stronger and longer lasting effect than the direct in the US, so I'd say that it went pretty darn well. I'd love to see Nintendo doing more events like this in the future

Talking about how Demo is affecting sales, the only thing we had too much of is Splatoon impressions. If it bothers you why did you even post here :-/

Just to add to your list, in the UK the Splatoon amiibo bundle is at #8, Splatoon standalone game is #15 and the Inkling girl amiibo is at #19.

Even in the UK it is beasting.

It seems as if the Testfire had more of an impact than any Direct could have. Smart move by Nintendo, even if its main purpose was to test the servers.

It bothers me because we were already talking about this in another thread and it wasn't out of place enough over there to warrant a new one. But I can understand it if you're hyped, I am too and without being able to play anymore it's hard to contain it.

I was going to make a thread with a poll asking which map people liked the most, but I figured instead of helping flood VGC with endless Splatoon threads, it's best to wait until the "full" game comes out to make it.

I found them equal to be honest. I was more caught up with how much fun I was having and trying the different weapons. 





Gotta figure out how to set these up lol.
