Same. Even when I was lurking, I became more interested in the community than the sales numbers, which is why I joined. I still really enjoy the sales threads like COMG, Media Create, NPD, etc. but the community really ties everything together.

Maybe other forums are also like this (none of the others I look at are) but everyone here seems to know each other to at least some extent which makes it feel really close compared to others plus its a lot more friendly.

I've never seen a forum as close as this one. It's really nice. Even when I'm being a bitch to someone, it feels like I'm being a bitch to a friend (or at the very least, an acquaintance) and on most other forums it feels a lot more disconnected, so whatever fighting that goes on just feels like strangers randomly causing a scene on the street.
