Yes, we need tons of blockbuster stuff with 200m $ of budget, so that way we can use 2000 workers without comunication to do a shit that would not be profitable if it sells under 6 millions, and if we fail, well, let´s fire 1500 workers and do something more smart, like a good game.

Blizzard is a good competitor for the first place prize , but noone denies that Nintendo is in the top 3 developers for sure.

Well I dont think there exists an objective gamer.

The list is missing much information and most of these have inflated costs due to large marketing campaigns.

If Nintendo can make better games than the competition with less money that proves how much better they are, no? ;)
