Maybe Bayonetta on PS3? Or maybe Skyrim on PS3? Its actually a tough call. One had a absolutely terrible framerate for a action game, which is a sin. The other one crashed all the time.

Fifa 2011 and 2014 on the PS2, same goes for Fifa 2012 on the PSP ( and those are only the ones I played
)
Super Street Fighter 4 on 3DS. Terrible. Just Terrible.

Madden 3DS. Releases in 2011 with no franchise mode.
Also Madden 06 for Xbox 360 for being similarly gimped.
Hint to EA, don't bother to put a title out for a console's launch if it's going to be so gimped that no one has a reason to bypass the previous gen (non-gimped/superior) version. Both titles accordingly and deservedly sold atrociously.
Pac-Man 2600 too. I couldn't believe how bad that port was the first time I played it (which ironically was probably in the 90's, lol. My family had a ColecoVision in the early 80's which was capable of MUCH better arcade ports. If we wanted to play Pac-Man at home, we had the mini Pac-Man arcade cabinets also made by Coleco).
Skyrim, on the PS3. After it froze on me 7 or 8 times in a 2-3 hour period, i just gave up. I really wanted to play it, but the PS3 version was just too broken.
