2D. The only 3D zelda I might go back to anymore is OoT, although I did have some good times with WW. TP had its moments, but it comes off too much as an OoT clone.

The only thin that would make me say top-down would be nostalgia. Grew up with Zelda and the first blew me away, loved that game. Still though I find the 3D Zelda's to be more challenging and i like them more.
