Not sure if this will have anything to do with E3, but we have an announcement of a new Sony 1st party studio within Worldwide Studios.

Currently called "North West Studio" (cool name IMO), based in the English North West.
Apparently they're working on Morpheus Exclusives:

James Mielke (former producer at Q-Games) was mentioned on the 8-4 Play podcast, 1st of May 2015 (1hour, 36 minutes, 55 seconds into the show), apparently he's said Microsoft will be getting their balls kicked at E3 by Sony.
Thuway mentioned it on Neogaf.

Shinobi602 has also recently said on his Twitter feed that, when asked his opinion on the whole thing of Sony going heavy on 3rd party he's said that comes from fear, he thinks quite a few of Sony's 1st party studios will be showing off what they've been up to.
Which makes sense given that we've been told a large number of Sony studios and partner developers have both new IPs and new games from existing franchises in the works.

Personally I think the likely scenario is that the big 3 show a lot of 1st party/exclusives, big stuff.
The best E3's are when everyone goes as big as they can.

Most 3rd party publishers pretty much have their own conferences this year, the home of most of the sales of those titles is pretty well decided now, Sony doesn't really need to put a lot of their stage time into those games, because they're going to sell well on PS4 regardless, Sony really needs to announce what 1st party and partners have been doing MS needs to bring the exclusives too as does Nintendo.

can you give me links? specially for that first one?

Like I said the 1st one is on the 8-4 Play Podcast, at the time stated, but here you go:

http://8-4.jp/blog/?p=2303&lang=en

On that page there's a link to the podcast on iTunes, which is easier to use to get to the 96 minutes 55 seconds in, where the guy mentions what Milky told him, it's one person saying another told hold him Microsoft were going to get their balls kicked at E3.

I didn't wanna say it like that, because I didn't wanna insite some console war, but that's what the guy says and James Mielke would be in a position to know:

https://www.linkedin.com/in/jamesmielke

For those not aware of 8-4, they're a game localization company based in Shibuya, Tokyo, so they're legit.

As for the Shinobi602 thing:

No worries.

I think North West are pretty new, so I don't know if we'll hear about any game they're working on just yet.

The poll is weird......Guerilla Games isn't exactly Sony's best horse in the stable. To me, the studio has been graphics over gameplay for years.

Evidentally the people voting don't agree with you.

As for Guerrilla Games being graphics over gameplay, I can't agree with that. While their games are almost always excellent visually, they're also great examples of gameplay within their given genre.

Even Shadow Fall too me was a very solid shooter, that made great use of the touch pad as an addition for the owl and attempted to provide variety to the standard Killzone linear path of gameplay, I honestly don't get why it got so much flack at launch, I think it's a great shooter.

The only issue I can see with Shadow Fall is maybe the story isn't to everyone's liking and possibly everyone expects 60FPS from an FPS nowadays, but it was a launch game and Guerrilla had to work within time constraints to make their game.

As far as their new IP goes, it's the exciting premise which seems to have most people so amped and it seems like the most unique concept for a new IP. How many huge open world games, set in a post-civilized world, with tribes, realistic wildlife and enemy mechanical Dinos to fight do you see?

The very concept for this game seems to be exactly what many want in a new title.

Couple that with the hiring of someone that knows exactly how to handle this kind of game, from a story and overall open world setting point of view, it just builds most people's interest for this game.

Maybe it's completely different compared to what we've been told, but from what fairly reliable sources have said this seems to be what they've been shown/told about the game.

I agree Sony has other exciting studios, but Guerrilla are hardly lacking in the ability to execute quality gameplay in a game. The studio stepping outside of their normal FPS bubble is also very intriguing.

Already announced game I'm most excited to see is Uncharted 4. Unannounced, definitely Guerilla's new IP. The little info we've received about HORIZON so far already sounds awesome.

So TLG will be there?

New approved insider on neogaf has appeared. Says TLG will be at E3. If true sony will win E3. :,) If not true crows will be eaten. :O The game may not be mainstream but the amout of hype among those who watch e3 will be big.
