I can only find them saying it about Unchatrted 3?

Yeah...and explain TLOU? :D  That's the point.  Devs make this claim all the time.  It's a buzz phrase.

You think TLOU on PS3 looks better than Uncharted 3 on PS3?

Hey look, you can go ahead and think that a developer has maximized their engine on hardware that's at least 16x more powerful than what they're accustomed too, and utilizes a tech that is the exact opposite of the previous gen (Offloading to Cell, versus GPGPU) in such a short period of time, but reality simply doesn't bear that out.  Hence the reason why we consistently Gen over Gen, see vast improvement between Year 1/2 games, and year 7/8 games.

I hope they show some gameplay footage soon instead just talking

Hope they do this game right.

There's no way DICE has utilised 100% of PS4's hardware, I don't believe that for a second. I was just referring to Naughty Dog.

You should do yourselves a favor and just ignore that line of PR nonsense. AAA developers don't make engines that leave extra resources just kicking about, but they sure do love regurgitating this buzz phrase. The question isn't have they used the 'maximum' of the hardware. The question is how efficiently are they using it? How optimal is the code? Is the code using the GPGPU to it's fullest? These things aren't ironed out in the first 2 years of hardware's lifecycle (any PC afficianado can attest to this). It can take many years for them to refine their engine to a point where it cannot be improved any further (Think about how long it took for devs to use 4-cores of a CPU properly...years).

Take Uncharted, for example. ND said they'd used 100% of the PS3 for Uncharted...then again for Uncharted 2...and again for Uncharted 3, and again for TLOU. If anything, just think about what the engine will look like in 3-4 years...let alone 5-6. That's the butter zone, when familiarity of the hardware is at it's maximum.

I really don't think anyone cares or listen to such statements, what important is that they're saying it'll look much better then BF4 which is nice :)

I forgot about gpgpu. Do we have any devs on record claiming to have utilized this yet?

Well they're not going to say it looks like shit are they?

Sure the game might look great but this talk is meaningless, almost every dev says this.

Not sure, honestly.  I would imagine it's baby steps, since the PS4's GPU has similar qualities to higher endish (new cards have come out since) GPGPU capabilities (R9 290+ series), which means only 1st party titles will likely see them delving deeply into it's use, until those types of cards become more widespread among the populace.  It's that lowest common denominator thing.
