Yes, Eyetoy sold more than 10 million units while Pseye(only the ones with PS move) shipped more than 15 million as of 2012.

A lot of games are supported by the Eye and move, it's just not promoted as much.

OH MY GOD!, I REMEMBER THIS!, and the worst part is that i was kind of hyped about it, since the concept was really cool, oh men now im sad... knowing that this never happened and was more than likely cancelled... oh well at least i got to see the trailer again.

They probably cancelled it once the remembered that we still can't even get AI to stay behind cover intelligently, let alone have them intelligently talk back to us in real time in a human-sounding voice that isn't uncanny or vocaloid. No way a game like that is possible right now.
