Forums - Gaming - Marvel announces video game partnership with Telltale Games

Not a bad move by Marvel, but I was hoping for games like the Batman games. Telltale should fix their engine by then as well.

Hmm, Telltale and Marvel?

I'm interested to see this combo, assuming it's another one of Telltale's story-driven games.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

Telltale must really be ranking in the $$$

Telltale is the last company who should be doing a Marvel game...

Why announce it so early? Good lord!

Not sure I would describe Telltale games as exquisite or sexy, but who knows, maybe they can surprise me?

Have you played one of their recent titles?

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

That´s very cool, Telltales games are really good.

Erm, no. Only Walking Dead S1. Are the recent ones better quality (in terms of presentation)?

Well, the Walking Dead S1 is considered its best game, so, no, you may not like its posterior games so much. The Wolf Among Us wasn't that interesting to me, to say the least, and WD S2 was enoug, I liked it.

I still need to pick up WD S2 before I spoil myself by watching a Let's Play. I finished S1 more than a year ago so it's kind of overdo. Hopefully their future games have higher production values because from what I've seen, most of their games aren't very polished and have low framerates. With all the money they have in the bank, it shouldn't be much of a problem to fix.
