MH5? I'm just talking about MH4. 
While it's true that it released at a more positive time, the install base is also significantly bigger than it was before so there's more potential now. Not saying it's going to happen, but it wouldn't surprise me if it did.
Wasn't there that remade 2D genesis RPG? Whatever that was called.
Deus Ex is an RPG? I mean, I get that it has RPG style elements to it, but I'd classify it as more of an Action Adventure style game akin to Metroid Prime. As Rol stated, if that's the case then Hyrule Warriors is an RPG as well.
But anywho, I kind adore Child of Light and everything about it. The atmosphere, the art style, the music, the battle system, the story... everything just clicks for me. Love that game.
But yeah, the Wii U's strength is certainly not in its large stable of RPG style games. Still, there's some gems out there.
Mass Effect 3, fantastic cinematic experience with lots of interaction and a very good port by Tantalus/Straight right.

I'll echo what others have said and mention that Deux Ex doesn't really count.
Child of Light is omission though. Even though it's digital, doesn't mean it isn't lovely!
And I certainly wouldn't count any MH, Zelda, or Musou titles among it either.

Well, we europeans never got to enjoy Earthbound before as it never made it across the pond, so for us it might actually count. And if not: Citizens of Earth, anyone?
As for other games, I must say I really enjoy UnEpic and Child of Light. I haven't tested Pier Solar And The Great Architects and Alpadia Genesis yet, but from the outlook it seems they ain't too bad, either
I also can't really count Deus Ex as an RPG. Sure, it has some light RPG elements, but by far not enough to really count as a RPG

Mass Effect is definitely a borderline title, but it's very reliant on RPG elements. It can be played like Gears of War or Uncharted, but I feel it's more of RPG. What bucket would you put it in?
