OH BOY, OH BOY, OH BOY, OH BOY, OH BOY!

This is all I want to see (well, and some English dubs). 

I've seen enough of the game to know I'm getting it; I just want to know when I'll be getting it!

It would be surprising to not see a release date, but being Nintendo, I wouldn't be surprised if they only gave a launch window or a month..

So long as they don't say it's delayed...

I hope that won't be the case, aside from the great feeling of being able to play the game sooner and avoid potential spoilers out of Japan, that is hardly enough time to mount a decent enough marketing push. And for the Wii U, if Nintendo releases this, they are going to NEED a good marketing push as this could get them a different audience then they have been appealing to with their normal releases.

But knowing Nintendo, silently dropping a game with this type of potential is probably EXACTLY what they plan to do with hope on word of mouth once again doing their job for them. Sadly I think, Splatoon is going to suffer similarly with such a half hearted push only via some Nintendo Directs instead of actual campaigns to get people interested or commercials.

My issues aside, yeah this is a day or at least week 1 purchase for me.

Won't happen. Nintendo wouldn't launch two big games (on the same platform) in the span of a few days. June or July is far more likely.

That would be nice, but it's probably a placeholder. Too soon IMO.
