I'm voting for Bayonetta 2. Not only is it a game that will define the genre, it will define the generation. But a game to keep an eye out for will be Devil's 3rd. Unless that game can't be counted. Then I'm waiting for Project Treasure.

Devil's Third counts, just not for this particular thread as it isn't out yet. ;)
