It's not impossible. I think we won't see the game in handhelds anymore becuse that market is shrinking in the West (the main market for CoD), but making an engine for 3DS shouldn't take that much efford. I'm sure they could take CoD Declassified, adapt it to the 3DS or the N3DS and making a quick profit by calling it the same. I mean, CoD 4 Modern Warfare was on the DS, and nobody will say that the DS version is the same as the PC or consoles.

there isn't much of an audience for these kind of games on nintendo consoles. so i guess they will only focus on ps4 pc and xone

You do realise they were completely different builds to the main game and not ports right?

However absolutely nothing stopping them putting one on 3DS that's different. Possibly with a Vita build too.
