I just got out of a conference call with Shawn Layden and Andrew House discussing the scheduele for this years E3 as I am the head director of the conference... okay maybe not.

FIrst section is focused on the legacy of PS3 then announcing a price cut down to $150/£120 

Vita game announcements, release dates. (Gran turismo Vita, LBP3 Vita, Uncharted prequel to A Theifs End) all bundles including Memory cards for $150/£120.

PS4 TIME. 

Games games games games games games games (pretty much everything you can desire, GOW4 Teaser, GT7, New Guerilla game announcement, Rock Band 4 (yes I know) third party partnerships with marketting deals)

Morpheus Release Date, Pricing and 2 game demos

Leave Uncharted 4 as we've already had a teaser, trailer and gameplay demo, let Naughty Dog develop and show something at the Playstation Experience in Decemeber.

New PS4 features, price cut if possible, any other news like Playstation Now announce date for full release.

MOAR GAMES (WiLD, No Mans Sky, new Sucker Punch announcement, SF5 Demo and Character Trailers)

Finish with a Last Guardian Teaser (doesn't have to be obvious just some quotes or tiny clips keep everyone buzzing in speculation for a full reveal at Playstation Experience)

They need to P.T. a TLG announcement behind an Uncharted concept demo.
Climbing through the jungle, going into a temple and BOOM! Ratbird's there!

I looking for a 4G Vita announcement with access to PS Now, Remote Play, PS Vue, PS Video, and PS Music via the mobile network. IMO that is the only thing missing from the PlayStation product and services.

They will have an announcement about video chat at some point, a partnership with ooVoo was announced at CES, and was slated for the middle of the year.

Otherwise, I think everything you have there is great, and within reason.

Gran Turismo Vita is never going to happen since there aren't enough Vita's sold to justify releasing a Gran Turismo game for it plus I'm sure that PD is busy with GT7 and they don't have the extra man power to make one for the Vita.
