I love how people already pass judgement on a guy that has been effectively in charge less than 2 years and had to fix some existing shit most of that time... Even judging XBO and burying it is stupid... For all we know in the next few years or so we'll have some of the best exclusive and remakes ever made for console.. While the race will be tough it's very fare from,over and phil and XBO still have room for a come back...

this is pretty much correct. it was clear that after the viasco that happened with the DRM and vagina face that MS needed a poster boy. they did a good job with phil, but its like people actually forgot some of the stuff he said before he became the head of xbox, like the "power of the cloud makes you xbox 4 times stronger" shit.

He's done a lot of good for XBO and has really changed its perception among the public. XBO never had a chance worldwide but they do in the US and UK, which is great all things considered.
